Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for organizing and monitoring daily freight movements and logistics operations. This position manages shipment schedules, tracks deliveries, and updates internal systems to ensure accurate, timely information flow. The Logistics Coordinator communicates with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues, provide shipment status updates, and maintain strong service levels. Responsibilities also include coordinating inventory-related data, supporting supply chain planning, and generating basic reports to assist with operational analysis and decision-making.

Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with logistics or transportation management software, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Previous experience in logistics, operations, or a related field, and a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage.
