About the Role
The CDD Analyst role will focus on conducting customer account reviews in accordance with the various alerts that are set for AML, RG, and Fraud.
In addition to handling alerts, the CDD Analyst will be responsible for the timely approval of manual withdrawals, following internal procedures and rules for this task.
One of the main purposes of this role is to identify and report any concerning activity or information collected during the review process. Therefore, attention to detail is essential for this position.
So, what will you be doing?
As part of the Customer Due Diligence team, you’ll be responsible of reporting to the CDD Manager and Team Leaders, keeping clear and understandable records of the actions and findings that take place during the alerts’ review, in order to facilitate the escalation, and understanding of each case.
The accuracy and availability of the data collected by you will be crucial for a deeper understanding of the operational needs and development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct reviews in our members’ accounts and keeping accurate records of the findings.
Report to the relevant stakeholders (MLRO, CDD Manager & RG Officer) when these reviews lead to information that may suggest risk in AML, Fraud or RG.
Handling withdrawals to our members within Spanish regulatory timeframes.
Handling Deposit Limit Assessment requests.
Manage account reopening requests.
Assist with second line queries from CS.

Ability to provide feedback on existing processes from the analyst perspective.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (medium).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
Familiarity working with IT systems.
Previous experience in iGaming is highly desirable.
Previous knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Responsible Gambling (RG) and Fraud prevention are desirable.
Previous experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Salary up to - €28,718
