People & Recruiting Specialist (copy)

Sauce is looking for a Recruiting Specialist with a track record of sourcing high-level talent in South America and Mexico. You’ll own the recruitment process for our Sales and Customer Operations teams hiring in LATAM, working directly with leaders to fill crucial roles while also taking on light HR responsibilities to support broader People initiatives.
You will report directly to the Head of People at Sauce.
The schedule for this position is flexible, ideally Monday to Friday with standard EST working hours.
