Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Supply Chain Manager based in Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day supply chain operations, including tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement. Responsibilities include assisting with demand planning, analyzing supply chain data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to reduce waste and optimize costs. The role also involves helping to streamline processes related to sourcing ingredients, managing logistics, and supporting continuous improvement in the end-to-end supply chain.
Qualifications
Strong demand planning and analytical skills to forecast needs and interpret operational data.
Knowledge of supply management and procurement practices to support vendor coordination and purchasing activities.
Experience or coursework in inventory management to help maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excess.
Relevant academic background in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business, or a related field.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
