About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who May Apply
Current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities
Participate in the development and maintenance of the company's core infrastructure products.
Compile and implement interface documentation for business modules.
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues reported by the QA team.
Assist the Customer Success team in solving customer problems and classify them for system improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Solid Java fundamentals, with a good understanding of multithreading, networking, and common frameworks.
Familiar with the Spring microservice ecosystem and its operational principles.
Proficient in MySQL, as well as common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and a fast learning ability.
Fluency in English is required to coordinate effectively with overseas partners.
Experience with open‑source projects is preferred.
