Workster is partnering with a leading European consulting and technology organization to identify an experienced SAP FS-PM Techno-Functional Consultant for a highly specialized international insurance transformation programme.
This is a B2B consulting opportunity offering the chance to work alongside senior business, architecture, and technical stakeholders on a complex SAP transformation.
We are looking for a senior SAP FS-PM expert who can bridge business solution design, functional architecture, and hands-on system configuration.
Your Role
Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
Perform hands-on configuration within SAP FS-PM
Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business teams
Guide technical teams on enhancements, custom developments, interfaces, and data migration
Support debugging, enhancements, and rules configuration where required
Ensure alignment across product configuration, policy lifecycle processes, and surrounding systems
Support integrations between SAP solutions and external platforms
Your Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with SAP FS-PM
Proven background in solution design and functional architecture
Solid FS-PM configuration experience
Strong understanding of insurance processes, ideally Life and/or P&C
Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured system solutions
English C1
ABAP knowledge, including debugging, BADIs, user exits, or enhancements, is an advantage
Experience with IDocs, APIs, middleware, and system integrations
SAP Fioneer experience is a strong advantage
Experience in large-scale transformation programmes
Ability to work independently in a senior, client-facing consulting environment
