Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with speech, language, and communication disorders in an on-site setting located in West Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, and monitoring client progress through regular documentation and reporting. The role involves educating families and caregivers on home-based strategies, coordinating with other healthcare professionals when needed, and maintaining accurate clinical records in accordance with professional standards. This is a full-time position requiring consistent in-person presence at the clinic and active participation in case discussions and clinical meetings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and the assessment and treatment of Speech-related issues.
Candidates should have expertise in managing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across different age groups.
Candidates should be able to assess and treat Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties safely and effectively.
Recognized degree or master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology-Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Relevant licensure or registration as required by local regulations, and adherence to professional ethical standards.
Strong clinical documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to use therapy tools and technology effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Prior clinical experience in a speech and hearing clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
