SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager EC, EC Time-Off & Payroll Module Expertise

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with strong functional expertise in Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP/Payroll) to lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR business processes, SAP SuccessFactors architecture, project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery across complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation projects.
Manage project planning, scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and overall delivery.
Provide strong functional oversight across SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Payroll/ECP.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, configuration, integration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
Coordinate integration between SuccessFactors EC/Time Off/Payroll and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
Manage data migration activities, including employee master data, organizational data, time-off balances, payroll-related data, validation, and reconciliation.
Drive SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Establish project governance, status reporting, RAID management, steering committee updates, and delivery metrics.
Identify project risks and issues and drive timely resolution across functional and technical teams.
Manage implementation partners, consultants, offshore/onshore teams, and third-party vendors.
Ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, timeline, and business objectives.
Support change management, user training, documentation, and business adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with significant experience in project delivery/leadership.
Strong hands-on functional expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Strong experience with SuccessFactors Time Off configuration and business processes.
Good experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / SAP Payroll.
Experience managing end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations and rollouts.
Strong understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, organizational management, leave/time management, payroll, and HR master data.
Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, data migration, interfaces, and third-party systems.
Strong experience in testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare/post-production support.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP HCM/Payroll.
Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite/CPI and SuccessFactors integration technologies.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, ECP, and related modules.
SAP SuccessFactors certifications are preferred.
Experience working in large-scale/global HR transformation programs is highly desirable.
