Salary Range
12-18k( depending on experience)
Preference to experienced candidate with experience range between 1-2 years of site handling
Role Description
The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that work on site aligns with architectural drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. The Site Supervisor coordinates with architects, contractors, and vendors, manages site schedules, monitors progress, and reports issues or deviations promptly. Daily tasks include supervising site personnel, inspecting workmanship, checking materials, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining clear documentation of site activities. The Site Supervisor also helps resolve on-site technical queries and works to keep projects on time and within agreed parameters.
Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, including plans, sections, and details.
Experience supervising construction sites, preferably in architecture and interior fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality control practices.
Knowledge of safety standards and site compliance requirements, with a commitment to safe work practices.
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking software).
Ability to identify and resolve on-site issues quickly, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
Prior experience in supervising projects in Lucknow or similar urban contexts is an advantage.
Willingness to be present on site throughout project phases and adapt to changing project needs.
