Role Description The Marketing and Sales Head at PW will lead the end-to-end marketing and sales function for the Suratgarh on-site location, ensuring strong brand presence and revenue growth. This full-time role includes developing and executing local and regional marketing strategies, planning campaigns across online and offline channels, and overseeing lead generation and conversion initiatives. The role involves managing and mentoring marketing and sales teams, setting performance targets, tracking key metrics, and optimizing activities based on data-driven insights. The Marketing and Sales Head will collaborate with academic, operations, and product teams to align offerings with market needs, design outreach programs, and build relationships with schools, colleges, and other partners. Responsibilities also include budget management, competitor analysis, and implementing customer feedback mechanisms to enhance learner acquisition, retention, and overall experience.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, ideally within the education or consumer services sector.
Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, business development, and revenue growth, including managing targets and sales pipelines.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels (social media, performance marketing, email, content marketing) and basic marketing analytics tools.
Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams, with skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and conflict resolution.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build long-term partnerships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data interpretation, market research, and using insights to drive decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Prior experience in a senior marketing and sales role, preferably in edtech, education services, or a fast-growing consumer-focused organization.
Willingness to work on-site in Suratgarh and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused
