Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati. This role is responsible for building and nurturing long-term client relationships, understanding client financial goals, and recommending suitable wealth management and investment solutions. The Relationship Manager will conduct regular client meetings, review portfolios, and provide proactive guidance on financial planning, tax-saving strategies, and risk management. Daily activities include maintaining detailed client records, coordinating with internal experts, resolving client queries promptly, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, participating in client outreach initiatives, and supporting the company’s growth through ethical and client-centric advisory.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates should possess skills in financial planning, investment advisory, and basic tax-saving and risk management concepts.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple client accounts and follow up systematically.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM) are an advantage.
Prior experience in wealth management, banking, financial services, or sales of financial products is highly beneficial.
Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems, along with a high level of integrity and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
Ability to work independently, meet targets ethically, and collaborate within a team-focused, client-centric environment.
