Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Web / Digital (iOS) systems.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of Web/Digital (iOS platform) applications.
Validate integrations with payment gateways, inventory systems, loyalty/rewards, and back-office applications.
Conduct end-to-end transaction testing (web, cash, credit/debit, mobile wallets, discounts, returns, voids, etc.) on iOS/Android platform.
Log defects, track resolution, and perform retesting.
Ensure testing aligns with compliance standards.
Provide detailed test reports and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
5+ years of experience in functional Mobile/digital testing.
Strong understanding of retail/restaurant transaction flows.
Knowledge iOS and Android platform mobile apps
Ability to debug logs using xCode/ Logcat.
Experience using HTTP Proxy applications: Charles/Fiddler
Experience using ADB / Logcat/ StackTrace, etc.
Experience with Test/defect management tools (e.g., JIRA,Testrail).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with databases (SQL queries for backend validation).
