Role Description This Freelance Graphic Designer role is a contract, hybrid position based in Indore, with some flexibility for working from home. The designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including logos, brand elements, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting briefs, developing design concepts, refining layouts and typography, and delivering final files in required formats. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders or clients, aligning designs with brand guidelines, and iterating based on feedback and performance metrics. The designer is expected to manage timelines independently, maintain clear communication, and ensure consistent, professional-quality output for all projects.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for both digital and print formats.
Demonstrated ability in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive visual identities.
Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for clear, readable, and appealing designs.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Portfolio showcasing relevant freelance or professional design work, including logos, brand systems, and marketing collateral.
Ability to understand client requirements, translate them into design solutions, and incorporate constructive feedback.
Strong time management skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and comfort working in a hybrid setup in Indore.
Relevant education or training in design, visual communication, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
