Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours per week
Proficiency in visual design a plus, but not required
What You'll Do

Translate business requirements and user insights into clear, usable design solutions
Run competitive analyses and share findings with the team
Present your recommendations and test results to stakeholders
Contribute ideas on feature priorities and the design roadmap
What You'll Gain
Real, published projects you can showcase in your portfolio as full case studies
Regular 1:1 mentorship and design feedback from a senior designer
Experience presenting work to stakeholders and defending design decisions
Exposure to enterprise tech and the IT consulting space
A flexible, fully remote schedule that works around classes or a job
