Right now, the founders are the ones getting new customers live on the platform. Scoping the rollout, training the team, making sure the agents actually get adopted instead of sitting unused. This role takes that over.
You'd own deployments end to end at specialty provider organizations, from the first kickoff call through go-live and the weeks after where adoption either sticks or doesn't. It's a seat where you watch AI take real administrative work off a healthcare team's plate, in real time, at real organizations.

WHAT THE COMPANY DOES
This company builds AI agents that work across the entire patient care journey, starting with specialty providers. The agents handle the manual work that slows medicine down: pulling clinical data out of messy referrals, writing letters of medical necessity, submitting prior authorizations, catching denials before they happen, and keeping patients in the loop the whole way through.
The results speak for themselves. Referral to prior authorization now takes about 10 minutes instead of days. Teams are seeing 5x productivity gains, 80 to 90 percent of scripts moving touchless, and real revenue lift for the healthcare organizations they work with. THE JOB, IN THREE PARTS
Deployments. Own the rollout at each new customer, start to finish. Scope the workflows with the provider team who owns them, map how referrals, prior auths, and appeals actually move through their organization today, and run the implementation so the agents are live and working, not just installed. Day one looks like this: a new specialty group just signed, go run their onboarding.
Adoption and training. Getting the agents live isn't the finish line, getting the clinical and admin staff to actually trust and use them is. You'll build and run the training that makes that happen, and you'll know the work well enough to speak the same language as the people doing it every day.
Relationships and the next deployment. The customer who had a smooth rollout is the one who expands and refers the next one. You'll stay close to the account after go-live, watch for what's working and what's not, and be the person the customer calls when something needs to change. Over time, the deployment process itself becomes yours to systematize, building the playbook other deployment leads run on as the company scales.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Someone who's actually run implementations or managed complex operational rollouts before, ideally inside healthcare or a healthcare-adjacent operating environment, or coming out of consulting where you led workstreams directly with client teams.
You can walk into a new organization, map how they actually work, and get people to change their process without a fight
You're comfortable being the face of the company to the customer from day one
You use AI aggressively yourself, or you're determined to learn fast enough to speak credibly about it
