Role Description The Privilege Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, focused on serving privileged client segments of Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing suitable investment and wealth management solutions. The role involves regular client meetings and calls, explaining product offerings across asset classes, and coordinating with internal teams such as research, advisory, and operations to ensure efficient service delivery. The Privilege Relationship Manager will monitor client portfolios, provide timely updates and recommendations, and support clients in using both digital platforms and branch-level services. This position also requires proactive business development, cross-selling relevant products, adhering to regulatory and compliance norms, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client needs, build long-term trust, and manage high-value portfolios.
Solid knowledge of financial markets and investment products across asset classes (equity, mutual funds, fixed income, insurance, and related instruments).
Proficiency in sales and business development, with the ability to identify opportunities, cross-sell and up-sell products, and achieve revenue and growth targets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present complex financial concepts in simple terms.
Comfort with digital tools, trading platforms, and mobile/web-based investment applications, along with basic MS Office skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for interpreting research, evaluating portfolios, and making appropriate recommendations.
High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and commitment to regulatory compliance and internal policies.
