Role Description The Corporate Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with corporate clients in the BFSI sector. This role involves identifying potential partners, presenting BFSI connect’s solutions, and nurturing long-term engagements that drive sustained business growth. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings and presentations, managing key accounts, tracking client satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment services. The Corporate Relationship Manager will also analyze market trends, support business development initiatives, and provide feedback to enhance platform offerings and client experience. The role requires proactive outreach, regular reporting on relationship and sales performance, and consistent alignment with BFSI connect’s service and quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management skills to build, grow, and retain strategic client partnerships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge relevant to the BFSI sector to understand client business models and requirements.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Prior experience in corporate relationship management, business development, or account management, preferably within BFSI or HR tech.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on client satisfaction, integrity, and long-term relationship building.
