Recruitment Team Lead

The LHR Group is working with some of the top names in the country, including leading MNCs, well-funded startups, and large Indian conglomerates. We are looking for a Team Lead Recruitment with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The person will be managing and guide a team of recruiters while driving hiring performance and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and train recruiters to improve their performance.
Manage recruitment targets, daily activities, and team productivity.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of positions.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
Build strong sourcing strategies and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
Develop a strong understanding of the sectors, companies, and talent markets being covered.
Requirements
1–3 years of recruitment experience and in training and mentoring recruitment teams.
Proven experience in achieving individual and team hiring targets.
Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Good communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple mandates and work in a target-driven environment.
Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a consultative approach to recruitment.
