Skilldemy, a skill development institute for +2 students, is looking for an energetic trainer to help our students speak confidently, communicate clearly and get ready for the workplace.
📍 Location: Chemmad, Malappuram
💼 Job type: Full-time, onsite
🔹 What you will do
Conduct classes in spoken English, grammar and workplace communication
Train students in soft skills: etiquette, teamwork, presentation, confidence and time management
Teach basic HR and career-readiness topics: resume writing, HR interview preparation, group discussions, workplace etiquette and understanding offer letters
Plan engaging sessions with role plays, mock interviews and group activities
Track student progress and support our placement goals
🔹 What we are looking for
Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline (English preferred)
Excellent spoken English and clear communication in Malayalam and English
Teaching or training experience preferred; freshers with strong potential can apply
Basic knowledge of HR practices and interview processes (an added advantage)
Patient, approachable, punctual and a good team player
