Role Description The HR Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves promoting the employer brand, designing and executing HR-related marketing campaigns, and creating content that highlights the organization’s culture, values, and career opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with HR to understand hiring needs, supporting recruitment marketing activities, managing internal and external communication related to HR initiatives, and assisting in employee engagement programs. The role also includes coordinating with various teams to ensure consistent messaging across social media, job portals, and internal channels, while using data and feedback to refine HR marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to align marketing efforts to HR goals.
Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, enabling clear and accurate communication of employee value propositions.
Experience or familiarity with Personnel Management, including understanding workforce dynamics and engagement needs.
Skills in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and basic digital marketing or social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging HR-related content.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in HR, HR marketing, or internal communications is an advantage.
