Contract EHS Management Coordinator

As a Contract EHS Management Coordinator, you will play a central role in strengthening contractor safety, compliance, and operational readiness across a global organization. You will oversee the collection, preparation, standardization, and maintenance of external EHS customer accounts and internal contractor management processes. Your expertise will help business units meet contractor compliance requirements while maintaining high standards of data integrity and governance. Working across EHS, Sourcing, Digital Technology, business units, and external partners, you will connect strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution. You will also coordinate operational activities, track performance through KPIs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This role combines hands-on operational support with process governance, stakeholder management, training, and technology improvement. It is fully remote and offers the opportunity to contribute to contractor safety practices at a global scale.
