This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Support Engineer based in India.
The Technical Support Engineer will help maintain the availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems and network infrastructure.
The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with monitoring, incident resolution, technical documentation, and infrastructure improvement.
You will work across networking technologies including routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VLANs, BGP, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and wireless environments.
The position also provides exposure to enterprise support platforms, monitoring tools, Microsoft technologies, and service management systems.
You will collaborate across teams, participate in technical discussions, and contribute to implementation and troubleshooting initiatives.
This is an opportunity for an early-career technology professional to develop broad infrastructure and technical support expertise in a dynamic environment.
The role requires flexibility to work 24×7 rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
