In keeping with the Marian Regional Medical Center health care philosophy, the Food Service Worker II who will work at the Marian Extended Care Center reviews production sheets to determine type and quantity of cold food items to be prepared. Follows recipes and other production records to facilitate uninterrupted efficient operation of trayline, cafeteria and other service areas.
