Project Sales, Architects & Designers (B2B)

We need people who already know how architects and designers work.
Sketch Lighting makes bespoke architectural lighting. You will build long-term relationships with architect and interior design firms, get our products specified in their projects, and follow each one through BOQ, samples and approvals until the order is placed.
You have:
1-5 years of selling to architects, interior designers or consultants (lighting, or a similar category such as furniture, tiles, hardware, laminates or sanitaryware)
Real relationships with design firms that you can name
Experience of getting a product specified, not just quoting a price.
You will:
Meet architects and designers on a planned weekly schedule and record every meeting.
Track each specified project to its BOQ, sample approval and order.
Post a measurable daily plan by 10:00 AM and close it every evening.
Not for you if your experience is walk-in, dealer or price-led sales.
Location: Stationed at Okhla New Delhi office | Salary: Fixed salary based on capability + incentive on orders you bring in. Details shared with shortlisted candidates.
