MLOps Engineer at BairesDev
We are seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and processes that support machine learning model lifecycle management. You will be responsible for CI/CD of ML models, model monitoring, automation, versioning, and ensuring scalable, reliable ML infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines strong DevOps expertise with machine learning knowledge to streamline and optimize ML pipelines in production environments.
What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Automate model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management.
- Build and manage ML infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Develop tools for model versioning, reproducibility, and governance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate ML solutions into enterprise systems.
- Monitor model performance and automate feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Establish best practices and standards for MLOps within the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest MLOps tools, frameworks, and industry practices.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or ML infrastructure roles.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of performance optimization and automation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and ML lifecycle management.
- Skilled in cloud platforms and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different MLOps tools and frameworks, understanding the trade-offs.
- Advanced level of English.
