About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst to support online investigations, due diligence inquiries, and OSINT analysis. Openi is a growing company, which means you will not be confined to a narrow job description. You may contribute to investigations, monitoring programs, client deliverables, AI workflows, product development, testing, researching methodology, or internal initiatives. What You’ll Do
· Conduct open-source research across websites, forums, databases, and social media
· Support due diligence investigations by collecting, verifying, and synthesizing information
· Perform social media monitoring and analysis to identify relevant patterns, behaviors, and risks
· Capture, organize, and interpret datasets to produce actionable insights
· Assist in preparing research findings, written reports, and visual deliverables
· Stay informed on OSINT best practices, tools, and methodologies
· Handle sensitive data with discretion and professionalism
· Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet project timelines

· Energized by AI. Comfortable using AI and LLMs as force multipliers for research, analysis, data transformation, coding, workflow development, and report generation, while independently validating AI-generated information and recognizing where human judgement is required.
· Strong storyteller who can transform findings into crisp, actionable reports
· Detail-driven and highly organized, balancing precision with speed in fast-moving environments
· Persistent by nature. You don't stop at the first dead end. You try another query, another source, another angle, and another hypothesis.
Qualifications
· No strict education requirement
· Prior military or law-enforcement, or government intelligence experience preferred
· Prior research, investigations, compliance, or intelligence analysis experience
· Comfortable learning and working across research, data, and visualization tools.
· Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently under remote supervision
· We are especially interested in candidates who actively experiment with AI tools, automation, scripting, data analysis, or new research methods, even if those skills were developed independently.
