Sales Associate - Bangalore

This is a full-time field role, based in Bengaluru, for a Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential retail and wholesale outlets, building strong relationships, promoting Grainzee's products, and driving sales growth within assigned territories. The Sales Representative will also monitor market trends, provide feedback to the team, and ensure the achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and collaboration with the in-house team.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships and effectively convey product benefits
Proficiency in sales techniques, client acquisition, and establishing long-term business connections
Understanding of market trends, with skills in data-driven decision-making and negotiation
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets
Passion for healthy foods and familiarity with wholegrain-based products and their benefits is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Relevant experience in sales, particularly in the food industry, will be an advantage
