About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. Start your journey with a fixed salary of ₹20,000/month, with earning potential of up to ₹1 Lakh per month through our attractive incentive structure. Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, field visits, and referrals
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions/recommendations
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, quotations, and proposals
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions (CRM)
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and after-sales support
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers welcome)
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work under targets and handle pressure
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred (for field sales roles)
