Role Description The Owner at Adhvan Game Studios is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Amreli. This role is responsible for setting the studio’s vision, defining long-term strategy, and overseeing day-to-day operations across game design, development, marketing, and business administration. The Owner will manage budgets, allocate resources, and make key decisions about project priorities, partnerships, and hiring. Daily tasks include coordinating with development and creative teams, reviewing project progress, ensuring product quality, and maintaining timelines and deliverables. The Owner will also represent the studio in external meetings, build relationships with publishers and partners, and foster an inclusive, high-performing work culture.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a business, studio, or comparable organization, preferably in game development or a creative industry.
Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational skills, with the ability to balance creative goals and commercial objectives.
Knowledge of game development processes (e.g., design, programming, art, QA) and familiarity with common game engines and production workflows.
Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource management, with a focus on sustainable growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership of challenges in a growing studio environment.
Commitment to building an inclusive, respectful workplace and supporting the professional development of team members.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience is also valued.
