Compensation & Schedule
✅ Competitive wages: $22.07 to $22.62 + 2$/h night shift premium
🕔 Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30AM
Your Role
As a Hybrid forklift driver/Production Labourer, you play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our products meet Techo-Bloc’s quality standards ✅.
You will:
Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency
Remove defective products and replace them with approved pieces
Sort, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment
Transport raw materials and finished goods manually or with equipment (forklift)
Assist machine operators with daily production tasks
Clean machines and maintain safe, organized work areas

Able to drive a forklift
A team player with a strong work ethic and hands-on mindset
