We’re hiring: Senior DevOps Engineer
📍 Remote | English C1
Salary range: Up to 4.000 USD (contractor/PJ)
We’re supporting a client looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a remote, international team.
The challenge
You’ll own and evolve the cloud infrastructure, working closely with engineers to identify bottlenecks, improve deployments, strengthen reliability, and build a more scalable and efficient engineering environment.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience managing AWS environments end-to-end, including services such as ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda and SQS/SNS
Strong experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code, including modules, state management and infrastructure changes
Solid experience owning and improving CI/CD pipelines and production deployment processes
Experience with observability and monitoring, ideally with tools such as CloudWatch and Sentry
Strong knowledge of cloud security, including IAM, least privilege, secrets management and network security
Hands-on experience with AWS cost optimization and cloud cost management
Strong background in incident response, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Ability to define and improve infrastructure, reliability and delivery metrics
Strong ownership, autonomy and problem-solving skills
Advanced/fluent English — you’ll work directly with an international team
Nice to have
Experience as the main DevOps / Infrastructure person within a small engineering team
Experience building internal tooling or self-service solutions for developers
Experience using AI/agentic tools such as Claude as part of your engineering workflow
Familiarity with TypeScript, NestJS, React, GraphQL or MariaDB

Remote | Full-time
