VP of Product

Role Description The VP of Product is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pinnacle’s digital financial tools and resources. This role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market and user research through concept, development, launch, and optimization. The VP of Product collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and client services, to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Daily responsibilities include analyzing product performance and user data, identifying new opportunities, refining product positioning, and maintaining alignment with business goals. The VP of Product also mentors product managers, establishes best practices, and ensures that all products deliver measurable value and an excellent user experience.
Qualifications
Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience defining vision, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Proficiency in product development and cross-functional team leadership, including collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess market trends, and make evidence-based decisions.
Proven track record in leading digital or SaaS products, ideally in financial services or a related industry.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing and mentoring product teams in a remote, distributed environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
Comfort with modern product tools and methodologies (e.g., agile frameworks, product analytics platforms, user research practices).
