Role Description The Therapeutic Dietitian is a full-time on site role responsible for providing individualized medical nutrition therapy to clients with diverse clinical and metabolic conditions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed nutrition assessments, developing evidence-based therapeutic meal plans, and offering ongoing nutritional counseling tailored to conditions such as PCOS, diabetes, thyroid disorders, gut health issues, and weight management needs. The role involves monitoring client progress, adjusting interventions based on clinical outcomes and feedback, and maintaining accurate, confidential records of consultations and treatment plans. The Therapeutic Dietitian collaborates with other nutrition professionals, contributes to client education through digital resources or sessions, and supports Fit Mantra’s systematic metabolic restoration protocols to ensure sustainable, practical results.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Dietetics and Nutrition, with the ability to design clinically appropriate diet plans.
Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling, including behavior change support and client education.
Experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy for metabolic, hormonal, gastrointestinal, and lifestyle-related conditions.
Skills in Weight Management, including structured approaches to weight loss, weight gain, and body composition goals.
Relevant degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field; professional registration or certification in nutrition/dietetics is preferred.
Experience in clinical or therapeutic nutrition settings, ideally with exposure to metabolic health, PCOS, diabetes, or gut health management.
Ability to work collabratively manage caseloads efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation.
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered and non-judgmental approach.
Comfort with digital tools and telehealth platforms for remote consultations and follow-ups.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and ethical, inclusive care.
