Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities
Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules based on business requirements.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Perform Employee Central foundation object and MDF object configuration.
Configure workflows, business rules, event reasons, picklists, and position management.
Support organizational management, job information, compensation information, and employee records management.
Participate in full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
Work on data migration using import tools and templates.
Support integrations between EC and SAP/Non-SAP systems.
