Senior Accountant - Hiring for United Arab Emirates

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor / Team Leader with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial accounting to supervise day-to-day accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting, compliance and controls.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Finance & Accounts activities and guide the accounting team.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) activities.
Review journal entries, accruals, provisions and account reconciliations.
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and inventory valuation.
Support product costing, manufacturing costing and cost-control activities.
Review purchase, expense and vendor accounting.
Monitor fixed assets and depreciation.
Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
Work closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.
