• Strong Malay language proficiency
• Currently based in Singapore
• Strong listening and transcription skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable following project guidelines and instructions
• Previous transcription or AI-data experience is helpful, but not essential
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
