The Role
Syntellite is a fast-moving IT service company - we design and build websites, apps and brands for clients across the world. We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn ideas into clean, intuitive, beautiful interfaces, and do it fast. You'll work across multiple client projects at once, straight alongside our developers, founders and marketing team. If you love design, sweat the details, and can take feedback without ego - you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Design end-to-end user interfaces for websites and mobile apps - from wireframes to polished, dev-ready screens
Turn client briefs and rough ideas into clear user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs
Build and maintain design systems, components and style guides for consistency across projects
Create interactive prototypes to present concepts to clients and the team
Work closely with developers to make sure designs are built pixel-perfect
Iterate quickly on feedback from founders, clients and users
Occasionally support marketing with creatives, social assets and pitch visuals
Keep an eye on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Who You Are
A strong eye for layout, typography, spacing, color and detail
Fast and versatile - you can juggle multiple projects without dropping quality
You take feedback well and iterate without ego
Curious and self-driven - you learn tools and trends on your own
Good communicator who can explain why behind your design choices
Comfortable in a startup pace where things move and change quickly
Requirements
1–2 years of UI/UX design experience (internships and personal projects count)
A portfolio is mandatory — show us real work: apps, websites, case studies, anything
Strong command of Figma (our primary tool)
Working knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) is a plus
Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design and basic UX principles
Bonus: motion/prototyping, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, or graphic/brand design
