Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Developer
We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about building scalable web applications, developing robust frontend and backend solutions, and creating secure, high-performance, production-ready software.
Requirements:
3–5 years of professional Full-Stack Development experience.
Web Hosting and Server Configuration
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Next.js or similar modern frameworks.
Hands‑on experience with relational databases (e.g,. PostgreSQL, MySQL)
DevOps & Deployment Skills
Problem‑Solving & Collaboration
Candidates are encouraged to provide GitHub, portfolio, or links to previous projects.
However, strong technical skills, professional experience, and a solid project portfolio will receive greater consideration.
Backend experience with Node.js/Express.js, Laravel, or equivalent technologies.
Good knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
Strong understanding of Git, responsive development, authentication, and web security.
Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a development team.
Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical technical assessment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, secure and high-performance web applications.
Work across the full technology stack, including Java, Python, React, Node.js and Next.js.
Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications.
Build modern frontend interfaces and reusable components.
Develop secure backend systems, APIs, and business logic.
Design and manage databases efficiently.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
Troubleshoot bugs and optimize application performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, and other Development team members.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor/Honors in CSE, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Primary Location: Remote (Bangladesh)
Working Time: 08:00 AM to 5 PM CST
Weekend: Saturday and Sunday
Employee Status: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Starting Date: Immediately
Compensation
Compensation salary: Industry standard + Monthly Performance Bonus
