Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing and optimizing SAREEMALL’s online sales channels. This role includes managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising across e-commerce platforms to drive revenue and improve conversion rates. The Ecommerce Manager will monitor site performance, analyze customer behavior, and coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, and design teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Daily responsibilities involve inventory coordination, order flow monitoring, resolving online customer issues in collaboration with support teams, and maintaining accurate product information and visuals. The role also includes planning and executing online campaigns, tracking KPIs, and recommending improvements to enhance brand visibility and profitability.
Qualifications
Strong E-Commerce experience, including platform management, catalog management, and familiarity with online marketplaces.
Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for conversion and revenue growth.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Sales and Marketing skills to plan online campaigns, manage promotions, and support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fashion management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer e-commerce is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with e-commerce tools, analytics platforms, and basic Excel or similar spreadsheet skills.
