Channel Manager

Bosch Power Tools North America is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Channel Manager – OMNI to support the execution of strategies across key retail partners such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards, Walmart and Costco. Reporting to the Channel Management Lead- OMNI, this role plays a key supporting function in enabling the sales team and driving execution of promotional, pricing, and product launch initiatives within top-tier retail accounts.
This role will collaborate across sales, marketing, product, finance and supply chain to ensure Bosch’s OMNI channel strategy is effectively translated into field execution. This role requires minimum 3 days per week on-site at the Mount Prospect, Illinois location, 2 work days may be remote. We are not offering relocation for this role.
What You Will Do:
Partner closely with the key account managers and directors to support go-to-market initiatives and drive towards both revenue and profitability targets.
Assist with the development and execution of promotional programs, new product launches, pricing changes, and merchandising updates in coordination with internal teams.
Drive development of line review strategies and presentations in collaboration with Key Account Managers on the sales team.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product management to deliver accurate and timely execution materials to the sales team and retail partners.
Collaborate with the eCommerce channel team to ensure consistency and alignment across physical and digital shelves for your customers.
Track and analyze retail performance metrics, including POS data, promotional ROI, and pricing movement to inform future planning.
Work directly with retail-facing teams and occasionally with retailers on strategic initiatives, line reviews, and planning cycles.
Assist in the preparation of business reviews, performance updates, and retailer-specific presentations.
5+ years of experience in retail sales support, channel management, sales, product development or commercial marketing—preferably within a consumer goods or omni-channel retail environment.
Supported field sales or account management teams with planning, promotional coordination, or launch execution.
Worked with large retailers (e.g., Lowe’s, Home Depot, Amazon, Costco, Menards) or supported initiatives aligned to their merchandising, pricing, or promotional strategies.
Familiarity with retail metrics (POS, margin, inventory turns), and experience with.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools; experience with Alloy or other analytics platforms (e.g., Alloy, Power BI) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Willingness to travel occasionally (~15–20%) for team meetings or retailer support.
