Director, Global Enterprise Solutions – Operations

We are looking for a transformational technology and business systems leader who is passionate about building the operational foundation that powers one of the fastest-growing apparel brands in the world. As the Global Director, Enterprise Solutions – Operations, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the platforms that enable Vuori's Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Sales Operations and Enterprise Operations teams at a global scale. Partnering closely with business and technology leaders, you will drive innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation across a rapidly expanding international business. This is a highly visible leadership role that will shape how Vuori scales its operations, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and supports continued growth around the world.
What you'll get to do:
Work collaboratively with our Director of Enterprise Solutions- Finance to build and develop a high-performing team of business analysts.
Help to define and lead the global technology strategy, roadmap, and execution for Operational business functions including Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Sales Operations.
Partner with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve scalability, and enable growth through technology and automation.
Help to own or implement the portfolio of enterprise applications supporting operational functions, including ERP, transportation, OMS, procurement, and adjacent platforms.
Help lead large-scale transformation initiatives, system implementations, and global rollouts that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Drive cross-functional alignment between Operations, Product, Logistics, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
Establish technology governance, solution architecture standards, and operational support models that ensure stability, scalability, and long-term value.
Manage strategic vendor relationships and technology investments while ensuring successful delivery against business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent years of experience preferred.
12+ years of experience leading enterprise technology, business systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
7+ years of people leadership experience developing and managing high-performing teams.
Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations technology solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP, OMS, TMS, procurement, and integration platforms.
Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and align technology investments with business strategy.
Experience managing global ERP roll outs preferred
Consumer products, retail, or apparel experience are strongly preferred.
Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O experience preferred.
