Role Description: The Management Information System Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore. This role involves preparing, updating, and maintaining MIS reports and dashboards to support operational and management decision-making. The Executive will collect, validate, and analyze data from various logistics operations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to gather information, monitoring key performance indicators, and presenting insights to management. The role also involves improving reporting processes, supporting implementation of information systems, and maintaining documentation for audits and compliance.
Preparing weekly / monthly reports. Ability to work with data, maintain accuracy, and manage multiple reporting deadlines.
Skills:
Excellent Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting to interpret data, generate actionable insights.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present reports
Proficiency in MS Excel or similar spreadsheet tools, with experience in charts, pivot tables and basic data analysis functions.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
Qualifications:
Graduate with 1 or 2 years' experience would be preferred.
Logistics or supply chain exposure is an advantage.
