We’re Hiring: Packaging Business Setup & Operations Manager 📦
We are building a new packaging manufacturing business in Unnao / Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and we are looking for an experienced professional who can help us set up and grow the operation from the ground up.
This is not just a routine production-manager role. We need someone who can take ownership of the business setup and work closely with us on:
Selecting the right packaging products to manufacture
Identifying machinery, suppliers and raw materials
Setting up production processes and factory operations
Product costing, sampling and quality control
Recruiting and managing the production team
Developing relationships with B2B customers
Helping secure the first customers and orders
Building systems for long-term growth
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in corrugated boxes, cartons, rigid boxes, shoe boxes, printed packaging or related packaging manufacturing.
Preferred profile: 5+ years of relevant packaging-industry experience, strong production and costing knowledge, and the ability to take responsibility for setting up or expanding a manufacturing operation.
