UrbanFitt Services manages in-building gym and fitness operations for premium residential communities (RWAs) and corporate properties across Bengaluru. We place expert trainers, run fitness memberships, and manage end-to-end wellness programs tailored to modern residential and corporate ecosystems.
Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales motion inside a live corporate property in Bengaluru and expand our footprint by building strategic partnerships with major real estate developers across the city. In this hybrid field and key-account role, you will drive corporate partnerships, execute high-impact on-site conversion campaigns, and coach field representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Corporate Sales: Own end-to-end sales pipelines, negotiate, and close company-wide fitness and wellness membership deals across corporate and residential (RWA) segments.
On-Site Activations: Plan and run engaging conversion campaigns (e.g., activations, fitness assessments, membership drives) for corporate clients operating within our live corporate property.
Builder & Real Estate Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and build long-term relationships with top real estate developers, business park management teams, and facility managers across Bengaluru.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, coach, and manage Field Sales Executives conducting apartment/RWA outreach.
Strategic Reporting: Work directly with the Founder, utilizing CRM tools to track sales pipelines, analyze campaign performance, forecast revenue, and provide weekly growth updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education OR Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field with proven experience in B2B sales, corporate account management, or field sales leadership. An existing network or experience in Bengaluru real estate, facility management, corporate services, or corporate wellness is a strong plus.
Sales & Account Management: Demonstrated ability in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, alongside strong relationship-building capabilities to engage RWA committees, HR leaders, and senior stakeholders.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to articulate Urbanfitt’s value proposition and tailor solutions to client needs.
Mobility & Hands-On Execution: Ability to work on-site across Bengaluru (primarily based out of Bengaluru East), manage multiple client meetings in the field, and lead live events/in-person presentations.
Technical Aptitude: Hands-on experience with pipeline management, and basic data analysis to drive performance.
Mindset: Self-driven, organized, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment with an emphasis on ethical, customer-centric selling.
