Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with at least 5 years of software engineering experience, specializing in building end-to-end AI-powered products and automated workflows. In this role, you will bridge the gap between applied AI models and production-ready software, designing systems that automate business processes and power intelligent, scalable products.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Engineering: Design, build, and deploy production-grade applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and Generative AI.
Workflow & Process Automation: Architect and implement AI-driven automated agent workflows, web scraping, document parsing, and dynamic decision pipelines to streamline operations.
API & System Integration: Develop high-performance backend APIs (Python, FastAPI, Node.js) to integrate AI models seamlessly into microservices and customer-facing interfaces.
Prompt Engineering & Agentic Frameworks: Build agentic systems using tools and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or native LLM function calling APIs.
Model Optimization & MLOps: Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models for accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency in production environments.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, backend engineers, and design teams to translate business requirements into functional AI architecture.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML applications and backend development.
Proven track record of shipping customer-facing AI products or complex AI-driven automation systems to production.
Deep proficiency in Python
Experience with automation toolkits, orchestration tools, or AI workflows (n8n, LangChain, workflow queues, Celery).
Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps/MLOps foundations (Docker, CI/CD, monitoring).
Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with international teams.
Nice to Have
Experience in startups, HR tech, marketplaces, or SaaS environments.
Knowledge of fine-tuning open-source models or managing on-premise model deployments.
Familiarity with frontend integration (React, Next.js) or full-stack prototyping.
