Sales Partner

COMMISSION ONLY. Full time, remote, UK hours. Equity available for the right person under a vesting agreement.
I need someone born to sell. I'm not.
I run Nero Engine. We give UK tradespeople a website, a chat assistant and a voice AI agent that answers the calls they miss while they're on a job. It starts at £299 a month, and that's only the entry offer. It runs on GoHighLevel, so there's a long list of add-ons to sell on top, like paid ads and SEO. I have paying clients, and new sites go live inside a week. But I'm just starting out, and I need help.
The honest bit: I don't like the phone, and I'm never going to sit doing sales all day. It's not who I am. So I'm looking for my opposite: a sales partner with the gift of the gab and a serious work ethic, who loves the phone.
THE JOB
Cold calling UK trades at volume. The standard is Alex Hormozi's Rule of 100: at least 100 calls a day. Volume negates luck. This is a full-time role, calling and closing all through the working day in UK hours. You'll never run out of people to call. You close, run the onboarding calls and look after your clients, including knowing the right moment to offer the next thing. As we grow, you train the salespeople who come after you. I build and deliver everything behind you.
YOU
A serious work ethic. The more you put in, the more you make.
You know Alex Hormozi's books. Not negotiable.
Experienced at using AI to help you work, and you think in systems.
Fluent, confident spoken English that suits UK phone sales.
GoHighLevel experience is a big plus.
All in, with no other job. Anywhere in the world, working UK hours.
THE DEAL
Commission only, as a self-employed partner. You keep 100% of every new client's first month, which is £299 per sale. After that you keep 20% of everything they pay, every month, rising to 25% once you have 30 paying clients. The same applies to every add-on you sell. There's no ceiling on what you can earn. For the right person, equity in the company is available under a vesting agreement.
