Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of interior projects, from concept development to final handover. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating FF&E selections, and overseeing space planning to ensure both functionality and aesthetics. The role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, reviewing construction drawings, and conducting site visits to monitor progress and quality. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, contribute to project presentations, and ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Anjar.
Qualifications
Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and detailing.
Proficiency in Space Planning to create efficient, user-centered layouts.
Solid understanding of Architecture and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to produce and review Construction Drawings with attention to technical accuracy.
Experience in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
Excellent visual communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Strong project management abilities, including time management and coordination with contractors and vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Several years of relevant professional experience in interior design and project delivery.
