About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our Communication & Support team. As part of the foundation team of an already renowned brand, you will directly contribute to student engagement, client interaction, and support operations — learning how businesses are built from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client calls and provide effective support.
Assist in answering client queries with professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication flow.
Contribute ideas to improve client experience and support processes.
Learn and adapt to startup operations, gaining exposure to multiple functions.
