About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Cinematographer & Photographer to lead visual storytelling initiatives across brand campaigns, commercials, digital content, hospitality projects, events, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, exceptional technical expertise, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end production.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute professional photography and videography projects from concept to delivery.
Plan, direct, and shoot high-quality commercial, corporate, hospitality, lifestyle, and product content.
Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot plans for marketing campaigns.
Handle advanced camera operations, lighting setups, audio recording, and production equipment.
Create cinematic videos, brand films, advertisements, interviews, documentaries, and social media content.
Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and client teams to achieve campaign objectives.
Manage pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
Mentor junior photographers, videographers, and editors.
Ensure all content meets brand standards and quality expectations.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and content formats.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Photography, Cinematography, Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Photography and Cinematography.
Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial, advertising, hospitality, product, and digital marketing projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Digital Marketing Agencies, Production Houses, Media Companies, or Creative Studios.
Experience handling high-budget commercial shoots and brand campaigns.
Drone operation experience/certification is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of social media content trends and performance-driven visual content.
