About the Role
SpreadOne is looking for a creative and confident Social Media Intern to help us create engaging content and grow our social media audience.
This role is mainly focused on creating short-form videos, recording Reels, uploading content, and engaging with our audience.
You will create content around jobs, careers, startups, the job industry, and discussions happening in our community.
What You’ll Do
* Create and record Reels and short-form videos.
* Create content around jobs, careers, startups, and the job industry.
* Create engaging content related to the SpreadOne Community.
* Research interesting topics and turn them into simple, engaging videos.
* Upload and publish content consistently across social media platforms.
* Engage with viewers through comments and discussions.
* Come up with fresh content ideas, hooks, and formats.
* Experiment with different content styles to improve views and engagement.
* Follow relevant social media trends and identify content opportunities.
* Help grow the SpreadOne social media audience.
What We’re Looking For
* Comfortable speaking and recording videos.
* Good communication skills.
* Creative and confident.
* Interested in social media and short-form content.
* Interested in jobs, careers, startups, or the professional world.
* Willing to consistently create and upload content.
* Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms is a plus.
* Students and freshers are welcome.
Internship Details
This is a 6-month unpaid internship based in Hyderabad.
